HOW MUCH DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?
Membership is $100/year and renews automatically on the day you joined in the next calendar year. Membership does not expire, but you must participate in at least two (2) release cycles before canceling. There are no refunds of the $100/year membership if you decide to not purchase any bottles with the remaining releases. You have the ability to cancel your membership at anytime after the first two release cycles in the portal.
WHAT TYPES OF BOTTLES WILL BE RELEASED?
Make your friends envious with bottles they can’t get. P.Club gives you first access to special releases from Pursuit that are distillery-only exclusives. This could be new Pursuit United expressions, limited Pursuit Series barrels, more Mellwood Legacy Collection revivals or something completely different. These limited time offerings could be secret projects where there is only a limited amount available or an experiment to see if it’s a product that should go to the broader market.
HOW OFTEN ARE RELEASES AND IS THERE A MINIMUM?
Releases happen quarterly based on the calendar year, targeting March, June, Sept and December. Members must purchase at least two (2) bottles per release. The maximum order per release is eight (8) bottles.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
Yes! You can modify your cart during a scheduled release. You don’t even have to purchase the special release bottles. Swap, add or remove any bottles that are made available from our inventory that you would like.
WHEN DO I GET BILLED FOR A RELEASE?
Your credit card will be billed when the the last day to edit your cart has been reached. If your credit card fails to be authorized, you will have 72 hours to enter new credit card information or potentially miss the release.
CAN I HAVE MY BOTTLES SHIPPED?
Yes, if shipping is legally allowed in your area. Otherwise, you can opt for in-person pick-up at our distillery. This will be indicated during sign-up if your state allows shipping.
WHAT IF I CAN NOT BE THERE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
You may designate a proxy to pick up your bottles for you during the scheduled pick-up day. All orders must be picked up within 3 months of purchase or else be returned to inventory unless other arrangements are made.
HOW DO SINGLE BARRELS WORK IF THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE THAN BOTTLES?
Limited releases are secured on a first-finalized, first-served basis. When a single barrel becomes available to P.Club, the first members to log-in to the portal and finalize their cart will get first access. Bottles are only removed from inventory once the cart has been finalized. We will try our best to have multiple barrels available with tasting notes so you can choose the one that speaks to you.
CAN I SKIP A RELEASE?
Yes, you can choose to skip a release, but your annual membership fee remains non-refundable.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS OR PAYMENT INFORMATION?
You can update your details anytime through the member portal.
HOW WILL I KNOW ABOUT NEW RELEASES?
Email notices are sent from [email protected] via mail.submatic.io with updates on new releases. You have the ability to modify your cart during a scheduled release to get multiple bottles or add anything from our inventory.
HOW DO I REDEEM 10% OFF MY PURCHASES?
To redeem your discount, simply show your digital membership card when shopping in person at our distillery or enter your exclusive club discount code when checking out online. Your digital membership card is available in the membership portal. Or be sure to tell the person checking you out to look up your name before payment in our system. It’s our way of saying thanks for being part of the club! (Discount does not apply to alcohol purchases.)
DOES THE 10% OFF DISCOUNT APPLY TO EVERYTHING?
The 10% off discount excludes all alcohol purchases. Other exclusions may apply as more items are added to our retail location.
IS THE $15 GIFT CARD FOR EXPERIENCES A ONE TIME USE CODE?
Yes. Your membership includes a $15 gift card that can be used to book The Whole Shebang or any experience at our distillery. Reservations and use of the gift card must be booked online prior to arrival. Only 1 gift card is issued per calendar year. A new gift card is issued upon the annual renewal.
